And as the old saying goes, “Find a penny, pick it up, and all day long, you’ll have good luck.” But this wasn’t just any ordinary penny. It came with a twist; a magical one, granting me three wishes. If only life worked like that, right? But hey, let’s dream big for a moment.
Here’s how my ideal week played out, full of magic, mental wellness, and a touch of royal flair.

Monday: A Lucky Start with My First Wish
It all started with that penny, gleaming up from the sidewalk, catching the morning light in just the right way. I knew this was more than just a shiny coin. I felt it. Call it intuition or just wishful thinking, but I made my first wish right then and there. I wished for Calm. The kind of calm that sticks with you through every meeting, every email, and every “Do you have a minute?” that turns into 20. Calm during a meeting that could have been an email. Yup…calm beyond understanding.
And guess what? The wish worked.
No matter what came my way, I felt grounded. The usual stressors? They barely registered. My mind was clear, focused, and unwavering. Every problem had a solution, and every task felt manageable. I floated through the day as if I were gliding on clouds.
Tuesday: The Second Wish Takes Center Stage
On Tuesday, I woke up feeling refreshed. Still riding the wave of Monday’s calm, I knew it was time to use my second wish. This time, I wished for Balance. You know, that elusive thing we all chase, the perfect harmony between work, life, family, and self-care.
As I walked into work, everything clicked into place. Meetings didn’t run over, meetings flowed seamlessly, and I even had time for a long lunch at my favorite restaurant with no guilt. When I got home, I spent quality time with family, made a delicious dinner, and still had the energy for a quiet evening of reading. Balance, for the first time, felt natural, not something I had to force or schedule into my calendar.
Wednesday: A Queen for a Day
Wednesday was where the real magic happened. I didn’t just feel balanced or calm. No, on this day, I was a Queen; literally and figuratively. My third wish? Mental wellness for everyone I came in contact with. What’s a queen without the ability to spread joy and healing to her people?
At work, my colleagues felt lighter, less stressed. Conversations flowed with ease, and problems seemed to solve themselves. My staff ? They left meetings with breakthroughs and newfound clarity, as if my magic rubbed off on them. It was as if the universe conspired to make sure that everyone’s mental health was elevated for the day.

I had become a queen, not just for a day, but for the entire week. I ruled with calm, balance, and a deep sense of responsibility to myself and others. My journey wasn’t just about finding luck or making wishes come true, it was about tapping into the power we all have within us to create the lives we want.
